Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I had to share, this recipe was really easy and sooooo yummy. ENJOY!!

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons butter

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

1 onion, finely diced (I used minced onion)

2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker and fill with enough water to cover.
2. Cover, and cook for about 5-6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

Are we ready for another dinner outing?

When and where?
I still like Carla's idea of pottery painting and margarita's.

Play date?

Would anyone like to come over to play on Friday the 22nd? I think I had mentioned the 15th, but I forgot Ainslie has her 3-yr well visit that day.

Oh, I also forgot the PINATA for her party yesterday, and I forgot to give everyone their goody bags. DOINK! So, we can do a pull-string pinata for a playdate. :-)

Recall~

I don't know if any body has the Payless Toddler Crocks but there has been a recall on them. The plastic piece on the foot strap has been known to come off and be a potential choking hazard. We just took 2 pairs back tonight and got two new replacements. They will do an exchange or refund until August. We went to the Payless at the mall and they were fantastic. They let me get her size now and then the next size up. They even took back a pair that she could no longer wear because they didn't want me to pass them on to someone else.

I couldn't remember if Caroline is the only one who must wear them everyday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AINSLIE~
